This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious food scientists to gain practical experience working in a dynamic team of technologists to collaborate on non-dairy cheese production, focusing on enhancing sensory appeal, nutrition and functionality. Mentored throughout, you will apply your knowledge to help develop new plant-based products and technologies to meet the needs of today’s consumer. You’ll be helping to deliver on the production of sustainable, healthy, and affordable plant-based foods with a strong focus on the next generation of vegan cheese products. There is also the opportunity to entry into a graduate training programme with the host company. Requirements You are eligible for an ESPA internship if you are a registered student or have graduated within the past two years and have access to some form of grant funding Benefits Your accommodation expenses are fully paid for on your behalf. Commuting costs are reimbursed when necessary. If you need a visa the certificate of sponsorship is fee is subsidised. For all internships over 6 months, additional benefits will be paid.
