Midhun, former intern now full time employee: “Hello, I’m Midhun, currently working as a Planning and Performance Analyst at Universal Fabrications. My introduction to the company happened through the ESPA UK internship programme when I started during my Master’s studies at the University of Leicester, and I officially joined as a Data Analyst in 2022. Driven by a keen interest in extracting valuable insights from raw data, I seized the opportunity at Universal Fabrications to develop and implement an automated data-reporting system. This task presented both challenges and excitement. At present, I employ this reporting capability for crafting production plans and evaluating workforce performance. The journey has been captivating, largely due to the enjoyable and supportive colleagues I’m fortunate to work with. I appreciate the management’s trust in assigning me responsibilities, culminating in my sponsorship as a Skilled Worker.
